My cousin, Carson, turned 8 years old last month and we had a family party to celebrate! It was the first time in over a year that our ENTIRE family got together. We ate a big lunch, sang happy birthday, and enjoyed multiple desserts! I made an attempt to incorporate Carson's love for Transformers into the cupcake design. "Optimus Prime" was made out of melted chocolate. I made a handful of these for the kids and the rest were my triple chocolate cutecakes. They are made with chocolate fudge cake and chocolate buttercream icing, drizzled with chocolate and topped with chocolate shavings. Now that will satisfy any chocaholic!
